Despite a cooling economic climate, Jason Hart may have launched his new commercial real estate company just in time to take advantage of a recent influx of national restaurant tenants to the five cities area.
“It’s a different demographic than San Luis Obispo, where there are more independents and boutiques,” he said, though Hart’s business will concentrate on commercial properties throughout Central California and the entire state.
Hart said in the last three to six months, available locations with high visibility and easy access from the freeway have already caught the eyes of major chains, including Applebee’s and Chili’s to Arroyo Grande, and more may be on the way.
