EmailExpress Employment Professionals franchisee Karen Dwyer in Santa Barbara said the parent company has made the top rankings on the Inc. magazine list of fastest-growing private companies in the country.
Express ranked in the top 10 on the 2008 Inc. 5000 lists for both revenue and gross sales, Dwyer said.
Express has a franchise in Oxnard and expects to open another by the end of the year on the Central Coast.
