Central Coast small businesses will be able to receive a quicker answer on applications for U.S. Small Business Administration loans under SBA’s Preferred Lenders Program, which delegates Founders Community Bank special authorization to process SBA Guaranteed Loans, officials announced in an Oct. 22 news release.
Founders Community Bank, a three-year participant in SBA lending, is a locally owned financial institution with a staff of seasoned SBA lenders.
Presentation of the bank’s program certification will be made by SBA Deputy District Director Ronald Truly at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 30 during a ceremony at Founders Community headquarters, 237 Higuera St., San Luis Obispo.
