EmailCalifornia law – Elections Code Section 14001 – requires employers to allow their workers time to vote every Election Day.
The law also requires employers to post notices and provide up to two hours of paid time for workers to vote.
But we think there’s a bigger reason for encouraging all of our readers to vote.
It simply is the right thing to do. So cast your vote on or before Nov. 4 and encourage your employees to do the same.
