Nike is planning to open a Central Coast store in February.
It will replace a Mikasa kitchen supply store, which closed in January, as the anchor of the Prime Outlets in Pismo Beach.
The Nike Factory Store will take up a 7,500 square-foot space in the northern area of the shopping center.
The Pismo Beach Prime Outlets have opened new stores recently, such as Calvin Klein and Gymboree, and closed Shoe Pavilion, Geoffrey Beene and Big Dogs in a bid to upgrade the image of the complex.
