Commercial real estate firms are also rolling out their third-quarter market reports.

It’s earnings season, and while corporations are telling us just how far their balance sheets were in the black or red at the end of the third quarter, commercial real estate firms are also rolling out their market reports.

Here’s a snapshot of the tri-county commercial real estate market at the end of the third quarter:

Ventura County’s office and industrial markets saw energetic leasing activity in the third quarter, but new deals were offset by vacant spaces coming back on the market, according to data from Lee & Associates’ L.A. North/Ventura office.
