EmailRodney Fernandez will retire at the end of the year after nearly 30 years as executive director of Cabrillo Economic Development Corp., one of the region’s biggest affordable housing developers.
Cabrillo, a nonprofit based in Ventura, announced his departure Nov. 28 and said it has hired the executive recruitment firm TransitionGuides to find a replacement.
