Teleflex announced Nov. 29 that it has agreed to sell a unit of its Simi Valley-based subsidiary, Telair International, for $94 million.

Teleflex announced Nov. 29 that it has agreed to sell a unit of its Simi Valley-based subsidiary, Telair International, for $94 million.

The buyer, TransDigm Group, will acquire Telair’s commercial and military aircraft actuation business. The actuation business was expected to contribute about $25 million in revenue in and 15 cents per diluted share in earnings for 2010.
