Santa Barbara-based Make It Work has inked a deal to offer its consumer-oriented tech support services at 20 Costco store locations in Southern California.
Make It Work’s fleet of signature red Mini Coopers performs tech support house calls throughout Southern California for consumers and very small businesses. Through the deal with Costco, a membership wholesaler, Make It Work will offer its services on site and at its lowest prices in Costco stores, the company said in a release.
“The partnership with Costco is a perfect match for us,” Eric David Greenspan, the CEO of Make It Work, said in a news release. “We’ve always recommended Costco as a great place to go to purchase your new computer or TV. Not only do they offer great quality at unbeatable prices, they put their members first. It’s this dedication to customer service, or what we call delight, that really makes this an ideal choice for our company.”
The pilot program will happen later this year at Costco stores in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, Make It Work said.
