Fielding Graduate University has opened an East Coast office.

The Santa Barbara-based institution, which offers master’s degrees, doctoral degrees and certificates in fields such as clinical psychology, human development and organizational development and leadership, said its new office is in Washington, D.C., where it will be able to better its national outreach, build partnerships and host public events.

Orland Taylor, Fielding’s vice president of strategic initiatives and director of its Institute for Social Innovation, will head the new location.

This office will serve as an East Coast branch of the university for hosting academic activities and public events. Washington, D.C., is an excellent location for Fielding given our national reach,” Fielding President Katrina Rogers said in a statement.
