The annual special section, now in its 13th year, celebrates small-business ownership and entrepreneurship in the Tri-Counties. The honorees will be celebrated at an awards luncheon on Friday, Aug. 14 at Bacara Resort & Spa from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Ali Bauerlein, co-founder and chief financial officer of Goleta-based Inogen, will serve as the event’s keynote speaker.
