The UCLA Board of Regents has paid more than $10 million to buy a medical office building from TR Funding, LLC, of Westlake Village that houses UCLA Health Services at 100 Moody Court in Thousand Oaks.

The 23,614-square-foot building has been home to a UCLA Health medical clinic since 2013, offering primary and specialty care including allergy/immunology, cardiology, dermatology, digestive diseases, endocrinology, neurology, otolaryngology/head and neck, pain management, pulmonary medicine and rheumatology.

Nearly 20 doctors practice at the facility, which is one of UCLA Health’s largest in the San Fernando and Conejo valleys.

UCLA paid $10,576,00 for the building, which was developed by Rick Principe and Tony Principe of TR Funding in 2002. Baja Fresh occupied the building as its corporate headquarters for almost 10 years before relocating to Orange County.
