Goleta-based Inogen beat revenue estimates and the maker of direct-to-consumer respiratory products reported strong first quarter earnings results May 9.
Inogen reported revenues of $43 million during the first quarter, up from $33.8 million in 2015 and beating analyst estimates of $41.75 million, according to S&P Capital IQ. The company had net income of $2.4 million, up from $1.6 million during the first quarter of last year.
The company had earnings per share of 11 cents, up from 8 cents per share, but slightly missing analyst estimates of 12 cents per share.
