Story updated Oct. 13 at 10 p.m.:

The Lure Fish House property in Westlake Village was sold for $6 million to private investor Lucrit LLC, Westcord Commercial Group announced on Oct. 10.

The 7,470-square-foot property sits on a 1.76-acre parcel at 30970 Russell Ranch Road. Tony Principe of Westcord and Kamal Banki represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Lure restaurants have grown steadily since they came on the scene in 2012 and have earned a reputation for the highest-grossing restaurants in the region, Westcord said in a news release. Outside of Westlake, there are Lure restaurants in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Camarillo.

The Lure in the La Cumbre Plaza is doing extremely well, said Jim Turner of Radius Group. It is outperforming the Ruth’s Chris Steak House that was in the plaza prior, partly due to a better price point, he said.
