EmailResonant, a late stage Goleta development company designing small smartphone technology, said Oct. 12 it named Jeff Killian its new chief financial officer.
Killian previously served as the CFO of Oregon-based Cascade Microtech from April 2010 until June 2016,, when Cascade Microtech was acquired. Killian will receive a salary of $275,000 and a signing bonus of $75,000.
On July 29, former CFO John Philpott left the company. Interim CFO Ross Goolsby has resigned from that position.
