Santa Barbara-based Invoca was named a strong performer in artificial intelligence by Forrester Research in its second quarter report. The report, “New Wave: AI-Fueled Speech Analytics Solutions,” cited Invoca’s use of real-time speech analytics and its customer relationships, stating that it “is advancing state-of-the-art call classification,” the company said in a news release June 25.…
