Simi Valley-based data storage and power company Qualstar reported a 14.5 percent increase in revenue for its third quarter on Nov. 8, and earnings of 20 cents per share. Net income of $405,000 compared to a net loss the prior third quarter, and the company said operating expenses decreased substantially from $1.2 million to $848,000.…
