CenCal Health, the publicly-sponsored health plan that provides comprehensive health coverage to Medi-Cal beneficiaries, purchased the 60,225-square-foot office building at 4050 Calle Real in Santa Barbara. The organization had been leasing space in the building since 2009, and CEO Bob Freeman said the sale marks its permanent regional stamp in a Feb. 19 news release.…
