California ports are No. 1 in total U.S. goods trade

Total U.S. goods trade (exports and imports) through California ports edged up to 18.16 percent in December from 18.14 percent in November but was down from 18.48 percent in December 2017. California remained the No. 1 state, ahead of Texas with 17.56 percent (compared to 17.57 percent in November and 16.91 percent in December 2017).…
