Boutique hotel The Piccolo will open soon in Paso Robles at 600 12th St.

The 17,000-square-foot property will feature 23 rooms and a 738-square-foot suite, The Piper Wine Lounge, a courtyard and rooftop bar Tetto.

Reservations are available beginning in September, and room prices are in the $400-$500 range.

The Piccolo is the newest product of hospitality company Martin Resorts, which has a collection of boutique hotels in San Luis Obispo County that includes Paso Robles Inn, Avila Lighthouse Suites, Pismo Lighthouse Suites and Shore Cliff Hotel.
