Thousand Oaks biotech giant Amgen declared a $1.45 fourth-quarter dividend Oct. 22, a 10 percent increase compared to the previous fourth quarter. Shareholders of record as of Nov. 15 will receive the dividend Dec. 6. Shares for Amgen closed up nearly 1 percent to $204.83, up more than 5 percent for the month of October.…
