Paso Robles has been named a Top 30 Emerging Destination in the world by the independent travel blog Travel Lemming.
 
“Move over, Napa!” the award description says. “With hundreds of wineries to explore (most of them family owned and operated) and far fewer crowds, Paso Robles is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend break in 2020.”
 
The award goes on to mention “Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio” as a marquee attraction in the region.
 
“For wine and art lovers looking for a hip emerging destination for 2020, look no further than enchanting Paso Robles,” the award description says.
 
Paso Robles is No. 24 on the list of 30 award winners. It was the only California destination awarded.
