Qualstar wants to delist itself from Nasdaq

With fewer than 300 shareholders of its stock, Camarillo data and power storage device maker Qualstar announced plans to delist itself from the Nasdaq exchange.  The company said it plans to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister its stock April 20, suspending its public reporting requirements.
