National indices rose more than 2 percent April 14, with most tri-county stocks gaining. The best performer was Camarillo-based manufacturer Interlink Electronics. Shares of Interlink rose 10.7 percent to close at $4.15. Westlake Village-based biotherapeutic MannKind climbed 8.6 percent to end at $1.26.
