Two South Coast tech companies have been acquired. IT asset management company Flexera acquired Santa Barbara-based RightScale for an undisclosed amount, and industrial sensor and technology company Sensata bought Carpinteria electronics manufacturer Gigavac in a $233 million cash deal.
