Westlake Village-based Sienna announced Aug. 5 that it had brought on a financial adviser to explore routes to raise capital to fund Phase 3 clinical trials for its topical psoriasis drug. Sienna retained investment banking firm Cowen as an independent financial adviser and said in a news release it would explore “financial and strategic alternatives.”…
