One of our most popular special reports of the year profiles 40 up-and-coming business leaders under 40 years of age. Nominees 39 or younger before Sept. 1 are eligible. They also must be either based out of, or be a resident of the Tri-Counties, or conduct significant amount of business within the region. This is a one-time-only award, past winner are ineligible.
