Boeing announced Nov. 16 that it has signed an agreement to buy San Luis Obispo-based CDM Technologies, a software engineering company.

Boeing announced Nov. 16 that it has signed an agreement to buy San Luis Obispo-based CDM Technologies, a software engineering company that specializes in transportation and logistics planning systems for the U.S.  military. Terms were not disclosed.

CDM employs 130 people. When the deal closes, it will remain in San Luis Obispo and will be fully integrated into the Boeing subsidiary Tapestry Solutions, Boeing said.
