Slow-cookin’ in Conejo: Chili’s veteran starts his own BBQ venture
Bill Dobner spent 21 years overseeing restaurants for Chili’s and its parent company Brinker International Corp. When the recession hit and his job was cut, he struck out on his own to start his own restaurant along with his wife, Carey, also a Chili’s veteran.
