I see this as a solid business model with plenty of long term growth. The trick is to educate people to the value of this service and have consumers become comfortable using video as a great way to buy their good and services.
I don’t see this as that big of a challenge. The love for online video is growing rapidly. I did a small survey the a few days ago using an app and asked the question “Did you watch a YouTube video today”? The result was 32% said yes and this was before 1pm PST.
Nice article! Really well written.
Coull’s new products are coming out thick and fast. Coull will soon be offering price comparison, product review, voucher code and search integration.
The end result will bring Coull’s offering ever closer to the point where a customer can make an informed buying decision right from the video player. Creating a ‘consumer window’, if you will.
With the increase in the amount of video being watched, mainly on tablets and mobiles, Coull has responded to this and will soon have an html5 solution capable of taking advantage of this vastly expanding market.
