The JCPenney in Paso Robles is the latest big retail store slated to close. JCPenney filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in mid-May, and announced it would be closing more than 150 stores. The list of stores to close was announced June 5, and it will take 10-16 weeks to complete, according to a news release.…
