Mike Mansbach

Wellness industry software provider MindBody, based in San Luis Obispo, has hired Mike Mansbach to be president of the company.

Prior to the appointment, Mansbach served as president of cloud-based video and communications company Blue Jeans Network, based in Mountain View, and he spent 10 years in executive roles at regional employer Citrix Systems.

Under MindBody CEO and co-founder Rick Stollmeyer, Mansbach will focus on the company’s growth, sales, marketing and business development, alongside Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Brett White.

“I am thrilled to welcome Mike to the MindBody team,” said Stollmeyer. “His vast experience with both business and consumer software platforms and proven capabilities in the SaaS industry will play a pivotal role as we execute on our global growth strategy.”

The company raised around $134 million in May, which it could put to use picking up new assets like its acquisitions of dynamic pricing company Lymber and mobile app developer HealCode in the past year.

“MindBody’s impact on people’s everyday well-being is extraordinary,” said Mansbach. “Rick and this team have built a company whose success is measured by improving peoples’ lives. I am super excited to get to participate on such an awesome journey and mission.”
