The owner of the historic Pierpont Inn in Ventura has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Grace Ahn, the trustee of the Ahn Family Trust, which purchased the hotel in 2009, filed for bankruptcy in Los Angeles on Nov. 25.
