We use RightSignature for all our legal signing needs. An excellent product. I’ve used them for different companies across all industry spectrums and highly recommend them to any follow business owner.
Great Solution to a painful problem. Because you can effectively ‘escrow’ your contracts and agreements, it saves a lot of time. You don’t have to compare faxes of signed docs line by line with the original to be assured your party has signed the full agreement. This alone is worth the fee.
All they need is a better brand name, and maybe some venture backing.
