Santa Barbara-based RightScale has acquired a Scottish company in hopes of helping IT professionals better predict the costs of cloud computing. RightScale, founded in 2006 by a group of veterans from Citrix Online and elsewhere, has built a platform to help technology administrators manage cloud computing resources.
