A Fusion facility would fit well in the new trade zone at Port Hueneme producing 500,000 barrels of liquid synthetic liquid fuel, 8 GW carbon free electricity, and 2,000 ac?ft of potable water from seawater daily. 16 billion dollar economic package fro the county of Ventura and the Port of Hueneme.

A real economic increase, with no CO2 or radioactive waste problems.
